These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.cardboardsuperstars.com (“Website”), including any purchases made through our online store. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1.    Overview of Our Business

Cardboard Superstars is a U.S.-based, independent online retail store that specializes in trading cards and supplies. Our product catalog includes:

·         Factory-sealed Pokémon and sports trading card booster boxes and packs.

·         Ungraded singles and rare card pulls.

·         Collector supplies such as sleeves, deck boxes, and storage gear.

All items sold are part of our own inventory. We are not a third-party marketplace or fulfillment service. We handle every order personally and are committed to providing authentic, fairly priced products for card collectors of all ages.

2.    Eligibility and User Responsibilities

To use our services or make purchases, you must:

·         Be 18 years or older or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

·         Provide accurate and current personal, billing, and shipping information.

·         Use this website only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to deny service, cancel orders, or limit purchases if we believe a user has violated our Terms or attempted to misuse the website.

3.    Product Availability and Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that all listed products, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date. However, availability is not guaranteed. Certain products—especially booster boxes or high-demand singles—may sell out quickly.

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative product, store credit, or a full refund.

Prices and product listings are subject to change without prior notice. We also reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or promotional offers at any time, even after an order has been placed.

4.    Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Once fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

All orders are packed securely with collector-friendly materials to ensure that your sealed products, single cards, or supplies arrive in excellent condition.

 

We ship exclusively from our own facility and do not use dropshippers or third-party warehouses. What you see on our website is owned and handled by Cardboard Superstars directly.

5.    Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not yet available. We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including:

·         USPS First-Class and Priority Mail

·         UPS Ground and Expedited

·         Free shipping promotions on qualifying orders (when available)

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Cardboard Superstars is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once a package leaves our facility, any delivery delays or damage in transit must be resolved with the shipping carrier, although we’re happy to assist where possible.

6.    Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

·         Opened sealed products.

 

·         Subjective card condition (centering, surface flaws, etc.).

·         Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.

Exceptions may apply if the item you received is:

·         Damaged in transit.

·         Significantly not as described.

·         Incorrect based on your order details.

In such cases, you must notify us within three calendar days of delivery by email, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

7.    Product Authenticity Guarantee

Cardboard Superstars guarantees the authenticity of all sealed products. We do not sell counterfeit, resealed, or tampered merchandise.

All sealed boxes and packs are verified prior to shipping and come directly from trusted sources or official distributors.

·         For ungraded single cards:

·         We do not guarantee PSA/BGS/CGC grade quality.

·         Any stated conditions are based on visible inspection and collector standards.

We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Topps, Panini, or other official trading card companies. We sell their licensed products independently.

8.    Payments and Security

We accept the following secure payment methods:

·         Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant platforms. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Transactions may be subject to review for fraud prevention. Any suspicious activity may result in order cancellation and refund.

9.    Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total if required by your state or local laws. Tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping location.

10.   Discounts, Promotions, and Gift Cards

Promotional codes, discount offers, and gift cards are valid only under the specific conditions advertised. These offers:

·         Cannot be applied after checkout.

·         May not be combined unless explicitly stated.

·         Are non-transferable and have no cash value.

·         May be subject to expiration dates.

Cardboard Superstars reserves the right to cancel or adjust promotions at any time.

11.   Limitation of Liability

By using our site and purchasing from us, you agree that Cardboard Superstars is not liable for:

·         Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·         Market value fluctuations of cards post-purchase.

·         Grading results that do not meet buyer expectations.

·         Delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.

·         Unauthorized access to user data through your device or browser.

In no case shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

12.    Intellectual Property

All content on www.cardboardsuperstars.com—including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Cardboard Superstars or used with proper licensing.

You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of our website or branding without written permission.

13.   Termination of Use

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to our website for any user who violates these Terms, attempts fraudulent transactions, or disrupts normal business operations.
